The Tata Power Company informs about issuance of duplicate share certificates

India, Dec. 2 -- The Tata Power Company has informed that it enclosed the intimation letter dated 2nd December 2022 received from its RTA -TSR Consultants, providing information regarding duplicate share certificates of the Company. Pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022; a letter of confirmation will be issued to the securities holder / claimant upon completion of necessary procedures regarding duplicate share certificates. This information is being submitted pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
