The proposal of the Republika Srpska Elektroprivreda that the price of electricity be increased from the current 53 in 2023 to 65 euros per megawatt for the largest consumers is explained as inevitable, bearing in mind the enormous increases in the price of electricity on the world market.
It was agreed that in the coming days the Electric Power Company of Republika Srpska will prepare and submit a draft proposal for multi-year contracts to the largest consumers, about which, before concluding them, individual meetings will be held in order to define the most acceptable conditions, fixed electricity prices for 2023 and a variable key for correction contracted prices in the following years, depending on the duration of the concluded contracts.
