Rep. Bowman Introduces Bill to Establish Airborne Wind Energy Research & Development Program

WASHINGTON, Dec. 8 -- Rep. Jamaal Bowman, D-N.Y., has introduced legislation (H.R. 9432) to "establish the Airborne Wind Energy Research and Development Program."

The bill was introduced on Dec. 6 and was co-sponsored by Rep. Randy Weber, R-Texas. It was referred to the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee.
