RFP - JPS is seeking to acquire an Advanced Automated Theft Detection Analytical Tool

Jamaica - MARCH 24, 2016

The Jamaica Public Service Company Limited (JPS) has been challenged with perennial high levels of non-technical energy losses. Approximately 30% of non- technical energy losses are contributed by residential customers island-wide. It is in light of this challenge that JPS is focusing its attention on the implementation of a Smart Metering Infrastructure (SMI) solution. In addition to our SMI implementation, the JPS is seeking to acquire an Advanced Automated Theft Detection Analytical Tool for the purpose of accurately and reliably identifying and reporting theft among our customers.
JPS is soliciting an invitation for Bids from qualified vendor(s) for the Advanced Automated Theft Detection Analytical Tool. To receive a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP), please respond to bwaugh@jpsco.com, with, "AATDAT Invitation for Bid", in the subject line.
