EC Infosystems Announces New Date and Theme for Orlando 2021 User Conference

October 20, 2020

UNIONDALE, N.Y. – October 20, 2020 – EC Infosystems, a leader in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Billing/Customer Information Solutions (CIS) for companies in the deregulated energy industry, announced their annual user conference has been moved to November 10-12, 2021 and will remain at The Four Seasons Resort and Spa in Orlando, Florida.

In deciding whether to host the fourth annual event virtually on the original date in February 2021 or reschedule to November 2021, EC Infosystems chose to reschedule at a later point to preserve the successful pillars of their user conference which rely on in-person brainstorming, education, and networking opportunities.

“As we navigate this unprecedented pandemic, the health of our clients, employees, and communities remain our number one priority while also striving to preserve the integrity of our unique and tightknit user conference,” says EC Infosystems’ President and CEO, Mohan Wanchoo. “This decision to move our highly anticipated user conference to November 2021 is the right move, although a difficult one, to ensure a successful and safe event.”

Located conveniently in the Walt Disney hotel district and just three miles from the legendary theme parks, the user conference will be held the sprawling Four Seasons Resort and Spa at 10100 Dream Tree Boulevard LAKE BUENA VISTA, Orlando, FL 32836.

The 2021 user conference theme has also been announced as “Driving Growth,” where retailers can expect to collaborate, learn, and strategize significant growth opportunities leveraging EC Infosystems’ industry leading technology and tools. In keeping with the theme, EC Infosystems will tailor the agenda and extra-curricular activities to include “driving” as a focal point. A full schedule of events will be released in the coming months.

“As we look to replicate the last several years of successful user conferences, the upcoming conference will focus on best practices and strategies in partnering with our clients to drive mutually beneficial growth,” says Ananda Goswami, EC Infosystems’ Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “This topic will be especially relevant as the industry and overall retail landscape changes drastically post-pandemic.”

User conference registration is complimentary and open for registration only to EC Infosystems’ EDI and Billing clients. Attendees are encouraged to take advantage of the extremely discounted lodging options at The Four Seasons Orlando early. EC Infosystems will also be offering a limited number of sponsorship opportunities for select energy industry companies looking to collaborate with EC Infosystems to drive growth for clients.
