    NON-OPPOSED MOTION TO ADOPT PROCEDURAL SCHEDULE AND

    VACATE PREHEARING CONFERENCE

    Cook Inlet Natural Gas Storage Alaska, LLC ("CINGSA"), through counsel, moves

    to adopt the procedural schedule as set out below. CINGSA conferred with the Office of

    the Attorney General, Regulatory Affairs and Public Advocacy Section ("RAPA"),

    ENSTAR Natural Gas Company, a Division of SEMCO Energy, Inc. ("ENSTAR"),

    Chugach Electric Association, Inc. ("Chugach"), and Homer Electric Association, Inc. and

    Alaska Electric and Energy Cooperative, Inc. (collectively "HEA") regarding the proposed

    procedural schedule. All parties had input into and affirmatively agree with the dates

    proposed through this motion. As of the date of this filing, the hearing dates proposed are

    available on the Regulatory Commission of Alaska's ("Commission") calendar. Further,

    as desired by the Commission, the hearing as proposed will conclude 90 days in advance

    of the statutory timeline identified in Order U-21-058(1). CINGSA respectfully requests

    that the Commission issue an order granting this non-opposed motion and adopting the

    procedural schedule proposed below and vacating the prehearing conference currently

    scheduled for September 14, 2021. If the Commission does not adopt the proposed

    schedule, CINGSA requests that the Commission reschedule the proposed prehearing

    conference. CINGSA is authorized to represent that RAPA, ENSTAR, Chugach, and HEA

    do not oppose this motion.
