Wind accounts for 3.59% of France’s power output on Jan 16 |

January 17 (Renewables Now) - With 57,206 MWh generated, wind accounted for 3.59% of the electricity generation in France on January 16. Power plants in the country produced 1,593,923 MWh for the whole day, based on live data by transmission system operator (TSO) RTE. Solar power accounted for 1.51% of the total output with 24,064 MWh produced. The table below shows details on the generation by the different energy sources and their share in the country's mix.
