Sungrow Power Supply Submits Chinese Patent Application for Off-Grid Doubly-Fed Wind Turbine Generator Power Generation System, Hydrogen Production System and Control Method Thereof

    Beijing, May 24 -- Sungrow Power Supply has submitted a patent application for off-grid doubly-fed wind turbine generator power generation system, hydrogen production system and control method thereof. This invention was developed by Wang Lingxiang and Liu Mengwei.

    The patent application number is CN201911221203 20191203. The patent publication number is CN112909988 (A). International Patent Classification codes are C25B1/04, C25B9/65, H02J3/32 and H02J3/38. Cooperative Patent Classification codes are C25B1/04 (CN), H02J3/32 (CN), Y02E10/76 (EP), Y02E60/36 (EP) and Y02E70/30 (EP).

    An abstract released by the State Intellectual Property Office of China states: "The invention provides an off-grid doubly-fed wind turbine generator power generation system, a hydrogen production system and a control method of the off-grid doubly-fed wind turbine generator power generation system. A doubly-fed generator stator side in a doubly-fed wind turbine generator of the off-grid doubly-fed wind turbine generator power generation system is connected with a first secondary side of a transformer; the alternating current side of an inverter in the doubly-fed wind turbine generator is connected with the primary side of the transformer; one side of the bidirectional DC/DC converter is connected with the battery unit, and the other side of the bidirectional DC/DC converter is connected with a DC bus of the doubly-fed wind turbine generator; the direct-current side of the first converter is connected with the direct-current bus, and the alternating-current side of the first converter is connected with a power distribution network and the second secondary side of the transformer which is used for outputting hydrogen production electric energy; the double-fed wind turbine generator system, the first converter, the bidirectional DC/DC converter, the battery unit and the transformer are all controlled by the control unit, the system is suitable for the double-fed wind turbine generator system, and the problems that in the prior art, a full-power wind turbine generator system which must select a permanent magnet motor is large in overall size and high in cost are solved."
