    News: The US Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has issued a notice to proceed, authorising Clearway Energy Group to start full construction on two solar projects in the US state of California, which will deliver 465MW solar capacity and 400MW battery energy storage. The projects include: 265MW Arica solar project and 200MW Victory Pass solar project. The overall scheme, estimated to cost USD689mn, will be located near Desert Centre in eastern Riverside County (Renewables Now).
