    News: MEAG MUNICH ERGO Asset Management has formally acquired a 75% stake in the 260MW Stor-Skälsjön wind project in Sweden from Eolus Vind and Hydro REIN. In April 2022, Eolus and Hydro REIN?agreed to sell?51% and 24% stakes respectively at an enterprise value of EUR361.4mn (USD378mn). Hydro REIN will own remaining 25% of the asset and expects to receive a consideration of EUR18mn (USD18.7mn) for its own portion of the transaction. Norway-based Telenor Infra will purchase around 330GWh of electricity per annum for ten-years from the power plant. The 42-turbine wind facility is planned to be operational in Q323 (Renewables Now).
