    Exus Acquires Riacho Da Serra Energia For 1GW Of Solar Projects In Brazil

    News: Exus Brasil Investimentos, a subsidiary of Exus Management Partners, has signed a deal to acquire 100% of Riacho da Serra Energia from Decal Renewables and Upside Value in Brazil. The deal includes 20 solar parks, with total installed capacity exceeding 1GW in the state of PiauĂ­. The parks are estimated to cost BRL3.5bn (USD682.5mn) and are expected to serve 950,000 households. The project will be completed in two phases, with commercial operations expected to start by H224, according to a press release from Exus Management Partners.
