UK’s wind parks produce 4.45% of all power on Aug 14
August 15 (Renewables Now) - With 22,247 MWh generated, wind accounted for 4.45% of the electricity generation in the UK on August 14.
Overall electricity generation for the day stood at 500,042 MWh, data by Elexon, the Balancing and Settlement Code Company (BSCCo) shows.

On August 12, wind accounted for 7.20% of the electricity generation in the UK, with 45,303 MWh produced. A day later, the share reached 7.39% as wind turbines generated 42,033 MWh.
