SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), March 13 (SeeNews) - The government of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Federation said it has granted an energy permit to local Winter Wind for the construction of the 72.6 MW wind power plant Tusnica in the municipality of Tomislavgrad.
The construction of the wind power plant is valued at nearly 106.4 million euro ($113.5 million), the government of the Federation said in a statement last week.
The wind farm will consist of 11 wind turbines, each with a capacity of 6.6 MW. It will have an estimated output of 193 GWh per year.
Winter Wind is owned by local aluminum products maker Feal, according to data on the country's registry of business entities.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
