"Spending on onshore wind farms is for now behind us, as new projects will be realized based on more liberal regulations, but their construction will take place in several years," he elaborated. "This year, therefore, we will be investing mostly in offshore, and in PV projects in the next place."
Polenergia will also be spending increasingly more on e-mobility and hydrogen technologies, he added.
Polenergia is currently developing, in cooperation with Equinor, ca. 1.4 GW in total capacities in two offshore wind farms MFW Baltyk II and MFW Baltyk III. The company's third plotted offshore wind farm, MFW Baltyk I, is at an early stage of development.
In PV, Polenergia is prepping to launch construction of a ca. 45 MW photovoltaic farm Strzelino.
