    Wind’s share in France’s power generation reaches 11.81% on May 17

      May 18 (Renewables Now) - Wind farms in France produced 150,996 MWh on May 17, reaching a share of 11.81% in total power for the day.

      Power plants in the country produced 1,278,057 MWh for the whole day, based on live data by transmission system operator (TSO) RTE.

      Solar power accounted for 7.30% of the total output, with 93,321 MWh produced.

      Generation data per power source is available in the table below.
