    Wind parks generate 11.09% of France’s power on May 23

      May 24 (Renewables Now) - Wind farms in France produced 141,615 MWh on May 23, reaching a share of 11.09% in total power for the day.

      Total power generation for the 24 hours arrived at 1,276,859 MWh, according to live data by transmission system operator (TSO) RTE.

      Solar power plants produced 72,687 MWh, which is equal to a 5.69% share.

      The table below contains details on the generation by the different energy sources and their share in the country's mix.
