The strong storm left part of the center and south of the province of Santa Fe without electricity.

    May 24, 2023 - CE Noticias Financieras

In the framework of the strong storm that is lashing Rosario and the region, there were inconveniences with the electric power service.

"#Temporal Partial disengagements of distributors are verified in the medium voltage system in the center-south of the province . Operational areas of @epeoficial verify situations and rehabilitate facilities." The official Twitter account of the Empresa Provincial de la Energía (EPE) at 7:30 a.m. this Wednesday only confirmed what was expected after the heavy rains.

Residential power outages were a constant in the center of the city and also in the north and west area. This was reported by the neighbors of Ludueña and Parque Field or in the area of Barra and 27 de Febrero in the thread of messages under the Twitter message.

From the press area of the EPE, at 9 o'clock this Wednesday, they told La Capital that up to that moment they had replaced "almost everything that was out of the center". They remarked: "There is still an outage in the western area that we are already replacing, we have an affected area in Puerto San Martín and we replaced in Roldán and Funes that had been affected earlier. Further north there were also several areas with outages".

The claims accumulated like water in the street(77 millimeters fell at once and 35, between 6 and 7.30: there is a yellow alert). They can be made through these different channels:
