The TV collaborator Belén Esteban, considered one of the top celebrities of the media scene in Spain, has broken into the electricity sector with the CreaEnergia brand.
This group, driven by the founder of Factorenergía, Emili Rousaud (considered one of the most groundbreaking entrepreneurs in the electricity sector) announced yesterday that it will present a "new electricity tariff with a campaign based on Artificial Intelligence". Rousaud also became vice-president of Barça.
As of Monday
Few other details are known at the moment. Only that the presentation of "the new Belén Esteban Light Tariff of the company CreaEnergia" will take place next Monday.
"Committed to sustainability, the environment and technological innovation", says CreaEnergia, the event will be attended by the company's CEO Emili Rousaud, as well as Belén Esteban. The company's novel campaign, they say, is "a proposal articulated exclusively through Artificial Intelligence".
The new company thus reaffirms "its commitment to the latest generation technology to offer consumers certified energy of one hundred percent renewable origin and a transparent and digital product".
CreaEnergia has been registered for just over a year in the list of electricity marketers of the Commission for Markets and Competition (CNMC), but until now it had made little noise in the market.
David versus Goliath (Endesa and Iberdrola)
On its web page (www.crea-energia.com) it defines itself as "a small marketer that wants to make its way to beat the big energy companies (Goliath), which have monopolized the market, offering abusive prices". The company adds that it wants to "throw the first stone to achieve an electricity market that is transparent and honest with consumers".
The group offers an "electricity tariff with energy at cost price plus a small fee", or "an electricity tariff that gives peace of mind", with energy at a fixed price.
