Artificial intelligence comes from the hand of Belén Esteban to the electricity sector. The popular TV celebrity has put voice and image for the creation of an avatar that will be responsible for answering all calls received in the new energy marketer, Crea Energia.
The proposal of Crea Energia and Belén Esteban will serve for the launch of a new electricity tariff, one hundred percent renewable, digital and transparent, to reach domestic consumers, but according to the company, the avatar of the Esteban can answer any question that is posed and even in several languages.
With this launch, to which the company will allocate just over one million euros, the new energy company, owned by Factorenergía, debuts in the Spanish market with an offer that is managed through the mobile with a completely new team that has been created for this launch.
Crea Energía is born through this innovative campaign articulated through Artificial Intelligence that represents a technological milestone that Factorenergia decided to launch in December last year.
"Today we are launching a new disruptive business project that is very focused on digitalization and on offering customers a genuinely sustainable product, aligned with the responsible energy consumption that we propose," explains Emili Rousaud, CEO of Crea Energia at the presentation held in Madrid, in the presence of the well-known television collaborator.
The new Belén Esteban tariff is green, with clean energy and certified by the National Commission of Markets and Competition (CNMC). The company assures that it will also have many more controls, since the processes will be completely computerized and customer service will be much faster.
Belén Esteban explains the company with some of her most popular and viral expressions. The celebrity already collaborated years ago in the launching of Masmovil as a tariff advisor where she collaborated until 2014.
