    Wind parks produce 12.44% of France’s electricity on Sept 19

      September 20 (Renewables Now) - Wind farms generated 12.44%, or 153,585 MWh, of all electricity in France on September 19.

      Total power generation for the 24 hours arrived at 1,234,785 MWh, according to live data by transmission system operator (TSO) RTE.

      Solar power plants produced 73,000 MWh, which is equal to a 5.91% share.

      The table below contains details on generation by different energy sources and their share in the country’s mix.
