    Enea Nowa Energia Completes Acquisition of Bejsce Wind Farm in Poland from OX2 for USD61.09 Million

      Enea Nowa Energia Sp z o o, a subsidiary company of Enea Group, has completed the acquisition of Bejsce wind farm in Poland from OX2 Holding Poland AB, for a consideration of SEK680 million (USD61.09 million). The total installed capacity of the plant will be 20 MW. This transaction implies a deal value of USD3.05 million per MW

      The Bejsce wind farm, that will consist of six turbines, will be constructed in the southeastern part of Poland. Construction will start in September 2023 and commissioning is planned for the second half of 2025. The annual energy production of the wind farm is about 65 GWh, which corresponds to the annual electricity consumption of 20,000 households

      Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka SPK (DZP) acted as legal advisor for Enea Nowa and Allen & Overy acted as legal advisor for OX2
