    Jan. 30 -- Ministry of Mines and Energy of Brazil issued the following news release:

    - The publication analyzes the sensitivity of opportunities to increase production using subsea tie-backs, in addition to estimates for the evolution of proven oil and natural gas reserves and the excess oil volume.

    Onshore oil and gas production forecast , sensitivity analyzes related to the increase in net gas production and aspects of the decarbonization of the oil and gas sector. These are some of the topics addressed in the notebook “Sensitivity and Economic Analysis for Predicting Oil and Natural Gas Production” , released this Monday (01/30) by the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) and by the Energy Research Company (EPE).

    The publication is part of the studies of the Decennial Energy Expansion Plan (PDE 2032). The notebook, for virtual reading, discusses alternatives through sensitivity analysis, in addition to dealing with increased production, based on recovering fields and increasing reserves, with a focus on the Permanent Offer of areas.

    The publication also analyzes opportunities to expand production using subsea tie-backs and highlights economic aspects, such as estimates for the evolution of proven oil and natural gas reserves. Also evaluated are the forecast investments in exploration and production activities, the estimation of the surplus oil volume and the forecast of the entry into production of new stationary units in the next ten years.
