France’s wind farms generate 5.87% of all electricity on May 22

    May 23 (Renewables Now) - France's wind parks produced 70,442 MWh of electricity on May 22, thus accounting for 5.87% of the total power output in the country for the day.

    Total power generation for the 24 hours arrived at 1,200,703 MWh, according to live data by transmission system operator (TSO) RTE.

    The share of solar power was 6.13%, with 73,630 MWh generated.
